Introduction/Purpose

Users will be able to manage all the truck parks from this module. Users can add new truck parks from the truck park module. User will be able to update the truck park.

Dependencies

• System Performance: System should respond properly to save the truck parks in DB.

• Operator Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  truck park, users select its operator company.

• Location Owner Company: Users must have the added companies into the system. To add a  truck park, users select its owner company.

Truck Park List

There are two ways to open the list of the truck parks, as mentioned and shown below.

• Click on the “Truck Parks” under the “Masters” menu as shown below.

• Click on the “Truck Parks” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Add  A Truck Park

To add a new truck park, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the truck park list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Truck Park Form” as described and shown below.

Step 4: Click on “Save” to save the truck park, as shown below.

Truck Park Details

To View the details of a truck park, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the truck park list page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park List”.

Step 2: Click on a “Location Name” from the truck park list to view the details of the truck park, as shown below.

Update A Truck Park

To update a truck park, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the truck park details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park Details”.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit” button under other actions as shown below.

Step 3: Update the details as required. Click on the “Update” button to update the truck, as shown below.
