Introduction/Purpose

The “Vessels” module in the oil-petroleum management system plays a critical role in efficiently managing and optimizing the transportation and logistics of hydrocarbon products. This module is designed to streamline and automate throughput transactions, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective flow of hydrocarbons across the supply chain. The primary purpose of the “Vessels” module is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall safety and compliance within the company.

Dependencies

  1. Vessels Data Accuracy

The Vessels module in the system is tightly integrated with several other modules, and its smooth functioning depends on the accurate flow of data and information from these interconnected modules. Proper coordination and synchronization among these dependencies ensure efficient and effective vessel transportation within the hydrocarbon products supply chain.

  1. Throughput Transactions

The accuracy of vessels data relies on all the data of all the throughput transactions where the vessel was in operation.
