Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the Shops that are functioning and selling the products supplied by the company. This module is the master for Shops that will be frequent used in the system. Admin will be able to add, update and manage the products available in the Shop, inventory of the Shop, Pricing component of the Shop, Expenses of the Shop, Users of the Shop using the application, Maintenance activities. View daily sales of the Shops, Cash/eShop Sale done by the Shop and maintenance activities of the Shops.

Dependencies

  1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save shop data accurately. 
  2. Databases:  The shops depend on the accurate data of several databases like Customer Company, State, and City.

Shops List

All the shops will be displayed on the shops list screen.

There are two ways to view the shops list with the image of the shops list, the information of the shops, as mentioned below.

  • Click on the “Shops” from the menu under the “Assets” module as shown below.
  • Click on the “Shops” from the site map under the “Assets” module as shown below.

Add Shops

To add a shops, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the shops list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Shops List”.

Step 2: Click on “Add Shop” to add a shop, as shown below.

Step 3: Fill the other mandatory fields (marked as * ) for the shops. To save the shops click on ”Save”, as shown below.

Shops Details

To view details of a shops, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the shops list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Shops List”.

Step 2: Click on “Shop Name” to view the details of shop, as shown below.

Shop Settings

User can “Enable/Disable” a few shop related configurations from the shop details page, as mentioned and shown below.

  1. ePay Cashback
  2. ePay Quick Cheque
  3. Buyback 
  4. Allow Negative Book Stock
  5. ePay Scan N Pay
  6. ePay Quick Pay 
  7. Sales Closure Process
  8. Day Closure Allocation

Company Products

To view the list of company products, click on “Company Products” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Other Products

To view the list of other products, click on “Other Products” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Orders

To view the list of orders, click on “Orders” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Daily Sales

To view the daily sales list, click on “Daily Sales” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Day Closure

To view the list of day closures, click on “Day Closures” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Attendant Sales Shift

To view the attendant sales shift, click on “Attendant Sales Shift” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Cash/ePay Sales

To view the list of cash/epay sales, click on “Cash/ePay Sales” from the shop details page, as shown below.

ePay Cashback / Cheque

To view the details of epay cashback/cheque, click on “ePay Cashback/Cheque” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Site Working Hours

To view the site working hours, click on “Site Working Hours” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Payments

To view the list of payments, click on “Payments” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Expenses

To view the expenses, click on “Expenses” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Shop Items

To view all the shop items, click on “Shop Items” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Users

To view the user list of the shop, click on “Users” from the shop details page, as shown below.

Notes

To view the added notes, click on “Notes” from the shop details page, as shown below.
