Call Reports

Purpose

Provides a complete log of service calls conducted via the platform.

Fields:

  • Call Report ID: Auto-generated; click to view details.
  • Guest Address: Location of the guest (or “Location Unavailable”).
  • Service Order: Linked order number (if any).
  • Serial Number: Equipment serial number used during the call.
  • Equipment/Model/Part Number: Information on the device used.
  • Call Date: Date/time of call registration.

Note:
At the end of each call, a form titled “Updated Detail Form” appears, prompting the expert to enter the above details. Once submitted, the data is stored and reflected in the Call Report Log for future tracking.
