Variable Deduction Reconciliation
In the Other Deduction section, users will be able to view following details :-
- In process ( Refers to Other Deduction record is in process ).
- Pending ( Refers to the Other Deduction record being in pending status and not performing any action).
- Excluded ( Refers to the Other Deduction record of the selected employee are excluded, and others are processed for pay projection).
- Projected (Refers to the Other Deduction record of selected employees that is projected and goes for the pay run processing).

When a user clicks on “Click for Detail” in the Other earning section, they will be redirected to the pending Other Deduction listing page.
Listing:

The Other Earning Listing page allows users to view all pending and Approved earning records to process pay projections.
The user will be able to see the attendance listing based on different statuses, such as
- All: Refers to all pending, excluded, and projected Other Deduction records.
- Pending: Refers to the Other Deduction record being in pending status and not performing any action.
- Excluded: Refers to the Other Deduction record of the selected employees who are excluded and others who are processed for pay projection.
- Projected: Refers to the Other Deduction record of selected employees that is projected and goes for the pay run processing.
The user can also edit other earnings in the other earnings listing such as loan employee car bidding, Loan housing loan deduction, and loan biometric deduction on the listing page.
On clicking any record, the user can view details about the record and also view the following action:
The user can perform the following actions in this section:
- Recover Payment: This option allows the user to recover the employee’s loan settlement.In Recover payment user has to fill following details such as:
- Payment Method *: The user has to choose payment methods such as check, Bank Transfer, or cash.
- Reference number *: A Reference number is a field where the user has to enter the reference number of the payment made.
- Remarks *: A “remark is a comment or note for making payment.
- The user can perform the following actions in this section:
- Payment Received: This option allows the user to accept payment by entering the above details.
- Discard: This option allows the user to discard the transaction which will remove all changes done (if any) in the module.
- Payment Method *: The user has to choose payment methods such as check, Bank Transfer, or cash.
- Pre-Payment: This option allows the user to make a Pre-Payment of their loan. Pre-payment option users have to fill in the following details:
- Payment Date: Payment Date is a field that specifies the date of prepayment for a loan.
- Payment Method: The user has to choose payment methods such as check, Bank Transfer or cash.
- Amount: In the amount field, the user has to enter the amount for Prepayment.
- Reduce: The user has to select one option in the following options:
- Installment
- Installment amount
- Reference number: A Reference number is a field where the user has to enter the reference number of the payment made.
- Remarks: A “remark is a comment or note for making payment.
- The user can perform the following action in this section
- Payment Received: This option allows the user to submit the above-entered field.
- Discard: This option allows the user to discard the above-entered field.
Key Notes for Pay Projection
- The user can view the approval flow by clicking the hamburger menu icon for an individual employee.
- Once the Pay Projection is processed and approved by higher authority, it is moved to the next stage, which is payrun.
