Introduction/Purpose:
The survey component in an ESS system is intended to streamline the feedback collection process, making it more comfortable and accessible to users. Organizations can use technology to efficiently obtain feedback, thoughts, and suggestions from their users by integrating surveys into the self-service platform.
The purpose of the survey is to provide a means for users to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns by filling out the survey forms in a structured format that can help the organization improve.
Process Flow:

How to Navigate:
The navigation to a survey in a employee self service typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the My Info icon: The My Info icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, which typically includes links to various sections of the employee self service system.
- Click on the survey: The survey is located under the My Info section. By clicking on the survey, it will display a list of the surveys created. The user can also view the previously submitted surveys.

Recording & Update:
The survey module in employee self-service typically include:
- Filter: The filter feature allows users to search and sort the surveys based on survey name, survey closed by and submission date.

The user can perform the following actions in this section:
- Submit: The user can submit the survey only if it is currently open.
- Discard: The user can discard the survey details.
