The purpose of the payslip feature is to enhance transparency and empower users by providing them with comprehensive and organized information about their earnings. Payslips serve as official documentation of an employee’s salary, benefits, taxes, and any deductions made during a specific pay period.

Process Flow:

How to Navigate:

The navigation to a payslip in a employee self service typically involves the following steps:

  • Click on the My Info icon: The My Info icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, which typically includes links to various sections of the employee self service system.
  • Click on the Payslip: The Payslip is located under the My-Info section. By clicking on the payslip, it will display a month wise payslips.

Recording & Update:

The payslip module in employee self-service typically include:

  • Filter: The filter feature allows users to sort and view payslips based on specific years.
  • View PaySlip: The “View PaySlip” feature allows users to access and display their electronic payslips online.

The user can perform the following actions in view payslips section:

  • Download: The download button in the payslip allows users to save a digital copy of their payslip to their device.
