Attendance Report

Introduction/Purpose:

The purpose of an attendance report in an HRMS is to provide a comprehensive overview of employee attendance records within an organization.

How To Navigate:

The navigation to record an Attendance Report in the HRMS system typically involves the following steps:

  • Click on the main navigation icon which is located on the top right corner of the screen then click on the Time and Attendance section which is located on the left side menus on the screen.
  • Click on the Attendance Report section which is located in the Transactions under Time and Attendance. After clicking on this link you can navigate to Attendance Report Listing.

View & Filter Records:

  • Select Employees: “Select Employee” is a field that specifies to selection of the name of the employee from the drop-down list.
  • Department: “Department” is a field that specifies the department of selected employees.
  • From Date*: “From Date” is a field that specifies the start date from which the employee attendance has to be fetched.
  • To Date*: “To Date” is a field that specifies the end date up to which the employee attendance report has to be fetched.

These Attendance Report records will be Submitted based on the submission the employee attendance record will displayed to the user.

  • Export Attendance Report: Current Page record or All records can be exported by users with listed Columns or All Columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
  • Refresh: The refresh option allows users to refresh all the records in the attendance report.
  • Send Mail: The send mail option allows users to send mail to individual employees or multiple employees.
