Leave Planner Report
Introduction/Purpose:
The Leave Planner Report in the HRMS system provides a detailed overview of employee leave plans and requests. This report helps HR and management track and manage leave submissions, approvals, and balances efficiently.
How To Navigate:
To access Leave Planner Report module in the HRMS system, follow these steps:
- Click on the Menu Icon: Begin by clicking on the main menu icon, which is usually located at the top right corner of the screen. This will open the navigation panel that contains various sections of the HRMS system.
- Click on Report: In the navigation panel, find the Report section, which is typically located on the left side of the menu. Clicking on this section will expand the available options under Report.
- Find the Leave Section: Once the Report section is open, locate the Leave subsection. This section contains various transaction-related options, including employee related reports.
- Click on Leave Planner Report: Finally, under the Leave section, click on the Leave Planner Report link. This will take you to the leave planner report listing page, where you can view, and manage leave planner reports.
Listing:
The Employee Bank Account Report Listing Page provides a detailed view of the bank account information for employees, ensuring that all relevant banking details are easily accessible. Below are the fields displayed on the page:
- Employee Name: Displays the name of the employee associated with the leave request.
- Employee Code: Shows the unique identifier or code for the employee, providing a quick reference.
- Leave Group: Indicates the leave group to which the employee belongs, helping to categorize the leave types they are entitled to.
- Company: Reflects the company or department to which the employee is assigned, ensuring proper tracking across different organizational units.
- Leave Type: Displays the type of leave being planned or requested (e.g., Annual Leave, Sick Leave).
- Maximum Days Allowed: Shows the maximum number of leave days an employee is allowed to request under the specific leave type or group.
- Gap of Days: Indicates the gap between consecutive leave requests, if applicable, to manage overlapping leave periods.
- Allowed Requested Count: Displays the number of leave requests the employee is allowed to submit within the defined policy limits.
- Leave Balance: Shows the remaining balance of leave days available to the employee, helping to track their leave utilization.
- Pending Plan Requested Count: Indicates the number of leave plans that have been requested but are still pending approval.
- Pending Plan Requested Days: Displays the total number of days for leave requests that are still pending approval.
- Approved Planned Count: Shows the number of leave plans that have been approved for the employee.
- Approved Planned Days: Displays the total number of days for leave plans that have been approved.
- Total Planned Count: Reflects the total number of planned leave requests made by the employee, including both approved and pending requests.
- Total Planned Days: Shows the total number of days requested for all planned leave, including both approved and pending leave.
- Pending Plan Count: Indicates the number of planned leave requests that are still pending approval.
- Pending Plan Days: Displays the total number of days associated with leave plans that are still pending approval.
In addition to viewing leave planner report information, the leave planner report Page offers the following functionalities to enhance data management and reporting:
- Record Filter: The Record Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on the visible columns, making it easier to locate specific employee data.
- Filter: The Filter feature helps users refine the displayed data by applying specific criteria, enabling efficient navigation and quick access to relevant information.
- Action: Under the Action option, users can perform the following activities:
- Refresh: Reloads the report to ensure the most up-to-date data is displayed.
- Export: Allows users to export the report data into a spreadsheet or another file format for further analysis or reporting.
