Roles
Roles section can effectively manage and organize roles across different departments within an organization
Tabs
- Departments: Displays an organized view of all departments, allowing users to manage and access details about each department.
- Roles: Shows a list of roles associated with the departments, enabling users to manage roles by department or view all roles together.
Filter by Department
- Provides a filter option to filter roles by department. Users can select from listed departments such as Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Assets, Legal, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, IT and Security, Corporate Governance, Archives, allowing them to focus on specific departmental roles.
Search
- A search bar where users can quickly locate specific roles by key parameters.
Column Fields
These fields organize role data within the Roles tab, providing essential details for each role:
- Role Name: Displays the name of each role, helping users quickly identify roles within the system.
- Role Code: Shows a unique identifier or code assigned to each role
- Department: Indicates the department to which each role belongs, allowing users to associate roles with specific organizational areas.
- Status: Displays the current status of each role (e.g., Active, Inactive), helping track whether a role is currently in use.
- Action: Contains options for performing actions like editing, deleting, or updating roles, giving users control over role management.
Additional Actions
- Add: Enables users to create a new role, allowing them to define and assign roles to specific departments.
- Refresh: Updates the Roles view to reflect any recent changes, ensuring real-time accuracy.
- Show Card View: Allows users to switch from a list view to a card view for a more visual representation of roles, making it easier to scan roles by department.
- Columns: Provides a toggle option where users can choose which columns to display, including Role Name, Role Code, Department, Status, and Action, enabling a customized view for easier navigation and focused data viewing.
