Category Management
Category Management feature enables users to organize, create, and maintain various categories within a system. This helps structure data efficiently, making it easier to locate, and analyze information based on different classifications
This Section represents the Categories with below features
- New Folder : Click on the New Folder to create a new folder within the categories .
- Rename : Allows users to change the name of an existing category to keep it relevant.
- Move To : Provides the option to move a category or subcategory to a different parent category, enabling better organization and restructuring as needed.
- Show Files :Displays all files or items associated with the selected category, giving users quick access to categorized data.
User will be able to perform a similar action by right click on the folder.
User will be able to view the properties for the selected folders
Notes
- Allows users to add or view additional information or comments related to the specific property. This feature can be used to note for the selected folder/file.
Share
- Displays to whom the file/folder is shared.
