Purpose
The main purpose of this module is the dealers will be able to submit the daily retail sales of each and every white product into the system.
The dealers have to submit the sales on daily basis. A Sales Day Closure flag is provided in retail station detail page on the basis of which dealer will be able to submit the daily sales. This will be possible only if the flag is disabled. If it’s enabled user will have to submit the station’s sales day closure at the end of the day.

View Daily Sales Listing
View list of all the daily sales previously added by the dealer.
Option to search, refresh and export
Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

Export
- The dealer will have the option to export the daily sales in excel sheet and PDF format
- Dealer can either select the columns or all the columns based on the need
- Dealer can either export the current page records or all the record
Option to filter: Filter the search based on sales date, Station/Stop, Station Type, Product, Dealer Name, City Name, State Name, Qty Sold (Range), Amount (Range)
Add Daily Sales
To add daily sales, click on the below button which is available in the Daily Sales Listing page.
- Select the retail station, on selecting the retail station user can view the dealer Name and available stock.
- The dealer then needs to select the product in the listing with additional information that needs to be added.
- The dealer needs to take screenshots of the daily sales sheet that are maintained offline and upload it in the attachment section of the product listing.
- Dealer can add multiple products in the list by clicking on “Add New” Button
- The retail price will automatically appear in the listing if the weighted average is set-up by the admin. If the weight average rate is not set by the admin, a pop-up will appear
- Once all the required information is added, the dealer needs to click on the “submit” button to save the information.
- On successfully submitting the daily sale, the information will visible in the listing screen.
Enable/Disable Flag
- In Station detail page there’s a flag named “Sales Closure Process”.
- If the flag is set to “Enabled” then station name will not be available in the Add Daily Sales page.
- On “Disabled” dealer will be able to select the station name from the add daily sales screen.
