The purpose of the vehicle dashboard is to provide the user with a centralized location to view critical information related to the vehicle, enabling them to make informed decisions about operations, maintenance, and resource allocation. This information can help users to optimize fleet management, reduce fuel costs, increase driver safety, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- How to open vehicles dashboard
To open the vehicle dashboard, click on Vehicles from the dashboard as shown below.
- Vehicle Statistics
Status wise statistics of vehicles is available on the dashboard as shown and mentioned below.
- All: This will show the total count of vehicles available in the system irrespective of their status.
- Moving: This will show the total count of vehicles which are currently in moving status when you are present on the vehicle’s dashboard.
- Idle: This will show the total count of vehicles which are currently in idle status when you are present on the vehicle’s dashboard.
- Stopped: This will show the total count of vehicles which are currently in stopped status when you are present on the vehicle’s dashboard.
- Vehicle List Section
- You can search for vehicles in the list by entering valid vehicle plate number or driver name.
- You can filter the list of vehicles by selecting desired filters based on vehicle groups and vehicle type.
- On clicking any vehicle card, you can view that vehicle specific stats in the dashboard. You can easily change to another vehicle.
- On click, you can expand/collapse the vehicles list which belongs to the clicked group. You can also view the count of the total number of vehicles belonging to each group.
- Fleet Insights
You will be able to view the fleet related statistics like Distance Travelled, Moving Duration, Idle Duration, Stop Duration, Average Runtime, and Fuel consumed.
- Trip Insights
You will be able to view the status-wise (Completed, Partially Completed, Failed, Ongoing, Upcoming) trip count as shown below.
Note: You can click on the status to get the list of trips of that particular status.
- Alert Statistics
Users can view the alert wise statistical data as shown and described below.
- You can drag the date from left or right and view the data of the desired date range only. This will not be a filter but you can view data of focused date range only.
- Based on the focused date range in above point a, the chart will adjust. Each bar will show the alerts with different colors and on hover of the bar, you can view the respective alert counts.
- This will show the total number of a particular alert violated collectively by all the selected vehicles in the filter in the selected date range.
- This will show the percentage of particular alerts out of all the total alerts count. Example: Overspeed Alert = 271 ; Total Alert(Sum of all alerts) = 323 ; Overspeed Alert Percent = (271/323)*100 = 83.9% ~ 84%
- Click on the filter icon to open the filter. You can filter based on the available alerts in the system as shown below.
Note: You can click on the alerts to get the list of alerts of that particular alert type.
