In the general dashboard of smart tracking, you can have the real time information related to vehicles, drivers, trips, alerts, routes and many more. This dashboard consists of a lot of KPIs defined in the system and you can easily and efficiently apply date filters to the KPIs and have date specific data.
Few of the KPIs are listed below:
- Date Filter
Users will be able to select a date range to filter data.
- Total Vehicles
Users will be able to view the number of total vehicles and the total number of vehicles with status moving, disconnected, idle, and stopped.
- Trip Statistics
On hovering over the past, ongoing, failed trips progress bar, you can view the number of trips of different status like past (partially completed), ongoing and failed .
- Travel Summary
- You will be able to view the moving duration, idle duration, and overspeed duration data in the Pie chart .
- You will be able to get the overall statistics of the following data
- Distance Travelled
- Moving Duration
- Idle Duration
- Overspeed Duration
- Stop Duration
- Geo-fence Duration
- You can view the travel summary of selective vehicles as well by applying the vehicle filter to them. Refer below image to know how to open and use the filter
- Alert Statistics
Users can view the alert wise statistical data as shown and described below.
- You can drag the date from left or right and view the data of the desired date range only. This will not be a filter but you can view data of focused date range only.
- Based on the focused date range in above point a, the chart will adjust. Each bar will show the alerts with different color and on hover of bar, you can view the respective alert counts.
- This will show the total number of a particular alert violated collectively by all the selected vehicles in filter in the selected date range.
- This will show the percentage of particular alert out of all the total alerts count. Example: Overspeed Alert = 271 ; Total Alert(Sum of all alerts) = 323 ; Overspeed Alert Percent = (271/323)*100 = 83.9% ~ 84%
- Click on the filter icon to open the filter. You can filter based on the available alerts in the system as shown below.
Note: You can click on the alerts to get the list of alerts of that particular alert type.
- Top 5 Vehicles Based on Total Distance Travelled Or Total Number Of Alerts
To view top 5 vehicles based on distance travel or total alerts, follow the below steps.
Step 1: users can select an option from the dropdown options ‘distance travel’ and ‘alerts’, as mentioned shown below.
- Click On Dropdown
- Select an option from the dropdown options ‘distance travel’ and ‘alerts’
Step 2: The information will be available as mentioned below
Top 5 Vehicles Based on Distance Travelled:
- This point will show Vehicle Plate Number
- This point will show the total fuel consumed by the vehicle in completing the mentioned distance.
- This point will show the total distance travelled by the vehicle in selected date range
Top 5 Vehicles Based on Total Alerts:
- This point will show the Vehicle Plate Number.
- This point will show the total number of alerts violated by the vehicle. On clicking the alerts count, you can also view the list of alerts violated by that vehicle.
- Top 5 Driver based on Completed Trips
- This will show the driver name
- This will show the total number of trips completed by the driver based on the selected date range
- You can change the type of status from the dropdown
- Top 5 Routes based on completed Trips
- Top 5 Drivers based on Alerts
- This will show the stack of different alerts for each drivers represented with multiple colors. On hovering to each bar, you can view the name of the driver and view the count of each alert.
- This will show the total alerts available in the system. You can click on any of the alert and data of that alert will hide from the bar chart
- On click, filter will open and you can select/unselect the alerts to get the record of selected alerts only, as shown below.
- Top 5 Geofence based on Duration
- This will show the total time duration for which vehicles were present in particular geofence
- This will show the name of top 5 geofences listed in chart based on the selected date range
- Top 5 Geofence based on INs
- This will show the total number of times the vehicles entered inside any particular geofence and out of all the top 5 geofences, it will show the percentage of INs happened in a particular geofence.
- This will show the name of top 5 geofences listed in chart based on the selected date range
