Introduction/Purpose
Non system users are those users which are not involved in the smart tracking system directly either via Users Management / Customers Management / Drivers Management. Admin will be able to add those non system users from this module and assign them the ability to receive different alerts as per requirements.
Dependencies
- System Performance and DB: System should respond properly to save the non system users in the DB.
Navigation To Non System Users
Hamburger Menu >> Configurations >> Non System Users
Side Menu >> Configurations >> Non System Users
Users can hover over the left side of the screen to access the navigation menu. Click on “Non System Users”, located under “Configurations”, from the side menu as shown below.

Non System Users List
Admin will be able to view “Non system users” details in the “Non system users” listing page. Admin will be able to view the following details of every “Non system users”.
- Name
- Number of Alerts Enrolled
- Frequency (hrs)
- Status
- Action

Users will be able to perform the various operations:
- Refresh
- Search
- Calender Filter
- Filter
- Export
- Active /Inactive Toggle switch

Action
The admin will be able to resend the invitation only if the “Non system users” have not verified their email invitation yet, as shown below.
Add New Non system user
User will be able to fill the following details to add a new “Non system user”
- Select the alerts
- Name
- Vehicle group
- Frequency type
- Status (Active toggle switch)
Once the form is completed, click on the “Submit” button to successfully add the “Non system user” in the system and the system will send an verification email to the specified email address.

Update Non system user
Step 1: Click on the “Non system user” of the customer as shown below.
Step 2: Update the customer details as required and click on the “Update” button to update the “Non system user” successfully.

What Are The Frequency Types ?
To add a new non system user, admin needs to assign one frequency type to the user. Smart Tracking provides 2 options for frequency type.
- Receive individual alerts on run time:
If this option is selected, then every time a vehicle from a selected vehicle group violates the selected alerts, the non system user will get notified on their email address immediately on runtime basis for each violated alert.
- Receive consolidated alert at fixed frequency
If this option is selected, then every time a vehicle from a selected vehicle group violates the selected alerts, the non system user will get notified on their email address after a fixed interval of hours setup while adding that non system user.
