Introduction/Purpose
In this system the Email Configuration module provides the users a flexible way to configure and change the Email gateway as required. As per the selected Email gateway, users need to enter the respective credentials and other details in the form to save.
Dependencies
- System Performance and DB: System should respond properly to save the email configuration data in the DB. The Updated configurations will be used by the system.
Navigate to SMS Configurations
Hamburger Menu >> Configurations >> Email Configurations
Side Menu >> Configurations >> Email Configurations
Users can hover over the left side of the screen to access the navigation menu. Click on “Email Configurations”, located under “Configurations”, from the side menu as shown below.
Click on the “Email Configuration” option from the menu under the “Configurations” module as shown below.
How To Update Email Configuration?
Step 1: Select Email gateway from the dropdown as shown below.
Step 2: As per the selected Email gateway, the configuration form will be changed. Enter the configuration data as required & shown below.
- No Gateway
- SMTP
User can fill the required details and Click On “Save” to save the configuration.
