Purpose:

Displays a list of upcoming trips assigned to the driver, including key details for quick reference.

Navigation:

Trips -> Upcoming Trips -> Select Trip

I. Trip Overview

Each trip is presented in a card-like format, displaying key information at a glance:

• Trip ID: A unique identifier for the trip (e.g., HOM/TRP/25/03/00005). This is used for referencing the trip in communication and reporting.
• Scheduled Date: The planned start date and time for the trip.
• Vehicle: The identification number or name of the assigned vehicle.
• Driver Name: The name of the driver assigned to the trip.

Clicking on any of the trips from the listing will redirect to the Details screen which will include below details  : 

I. Trip Header

• Trip ID: A unique identifier for the trip. This is used for referencing the trip in communication and reporting.
• Created By: Displays the user who created the trip record.
• Creation Date/Time: Indicates when the trip was initially created in the system.
• Trip Status: Indicates the current status of the trip (e.g., Scheduled, In Transit, Completed). Displayed visually with a status indicator.

II. Associated Companies

• Service Provider Company: The name of the company providing the transportation service.
• Transporter Company: The name of the company responsible for the physical transportation of the goods.
• Customer: The name of the entity receiving the goods.

III. Trip Details

• Product: The type of goods being transported.
• Product Price: The unit price of the product being transported.
• Cargo Estimation: The estimated value of the cargo being transported.
• Reference Number: An external reference number associated with the trip (e.g., Purchase Order number).
• Trip Order Type: Categorizes the type of trip order (e.g., Fixed Order, Spot Order).

IV. Loading Location

• Location: The name of the loading facility.
• Address: The full street address of the loading facility.
• Country: The country where the loading facility is located.
• State: The state/province where the loading facility is located.
• City: The city where the loading facility is located.
• Scheduled Quantity: The planned quantity of goods to be loaded at this location.
• Remarks: Any specific instructions or notes related to the loading process. (Expandable to view full text).

V. Delivery Location

• Location: The name of the delivery facility.
• Delivery Order:

Confirmation and attachment 

Displays the status and the Attachment for the trip
