Introduction/Purpose

The “Vessels” module in the oil-petroleum management system plays a critical role in efficiently managing and optimizing the transportation and logistics of hydrocarbon products. This module is designed to streamline and automate throughput transactions, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective flow of hydrocarbons across the supply chain. The primary purpose of the “Vessels” module is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall safety and compliance within the company.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save the vessel details in DB.
2. Company : Users must have added companies into the system. To add vessel the user assigns a owner company for the vessel from the added companies.
3. Terminal : Users must have added terminals into the system. To add vessel the users assign terminals of the selected company for the vessel from the added terminals.
4. Products: Users must have added products into the system. To create a vessel, the user assigns a product.

Vessels List

All the vessels will be displayed on the vessels list screen.

There are two ways to view the “ Vessels” list with the information of image, imo, vessels, country, company, status, products and so on as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Vessels” under the “Logistics” module on mouse hover.

• Click on the “Vessels” from the site map under the “Logistics” module as shown below.

Change The View Of Vessels

To change the view option of the vessels list , follow the mentioned steps.

Step 1: To view the Vessels list, follow the steps mentioned in the  section “Vessels List”.

Step 2: Click on “Change View” as shown below.

Step 3: Change the view option by clicking on any available options, as shown below.

Add New Vessels

To add vessels, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Vessels list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Vessels List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Vessels Form” as described and shown below.

Step 4: Click on “Save” to save the vessels, as shown below.

Vessels Details

To view the details vessels, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Vessels list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Vessels List”.

Step 2: Click on “IMO Vessels No” to view all the details of the vessels, as shown below.
