Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this process is to transfer the product from one terminal to another terminal to serve the product quickly to the dealers.

Dependencies

1. System Capability: System should respond properly to provide all the accurate stock details of terminals to generate stock transfer loading ticket.
2. Data & Databases:  The stock transfer depends on the data of several databases like Terminal, Terminal Stock etc. At the time of creating stock transfer LT, system ensures user about the available products of the source terminal.
3. Terminals & Available Quantity : To create a stock transfer LT, system ensure users about the available quantity of each products for both the source and destination terminal. So that user can request quantity as per availability.

Stock Transfer Loading Ticket List

All the stock transfer loading ticket will be displayed on the stock transfer loading ticket list screen.

There are two ways to view the “Stock Transfer Loading Ticket” list with the information of product owner, source terminal, destination terminal and so on as mentioned below.

• Click on the Hemberger menu

• Click on the “Stock Transfer Loading Ticket” under the “Loading Tickets” module on mouse hover as shown below.

• Click on the “Stock Transfer Loading Ticket” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module as shown below.

Add New Stock Transfer Loading Ticket

To add stock transfer loading ticket, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Stock transfer loading ticket list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Stock Transfer Loading Ticket List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add LT” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Stock Transfer Loading Ticket Form” as described and shown below.

Step 4: Click on “Generate LT” to save the loading ticket, as shown below.

Stock Transfer Loading Ticket Details

To view the details of stock transfer loading ticket, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Stock transfer loading ticket list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Stock Transfers Loading Ticket List”.

Step 2: Click on “Ticket” to view all the details of the ticket, as shown below.
