Introduction/Purpose

An essential component of the system’s “Stock” portion is the “Stock Position” module. This module has been created to offer thorough, real-time insights into the status and inventory levels of various hydrocarbon products that the business or organization owns.The “Stock Position” module’s main goals are to assist efficient inventory management, boost overall effectiveness, and optimize supply chain operations.

Dependencies

  1. Databases: Stock position depends on the accurate data of several databases like company, terminal, product and product stock etc.
  2. Product Stock Transactions: The stock position depends on all the stock transactions of respective products.

Stock Position List

The stock of liquid products will be displayed on the stock position list screen.

There are two ways to view the “Stock Position” list with the information of terminal name, product name, opening quantity, pending LT quantity, available quantity and WAC, as mentioned below.

  1. Click on the “Stock Position” under the “Stock” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.

Step 2: Mouse Over on “Stock”.

Step 3:  Click on “Stock Position”.

  1. Click on the “Stock Position” from the site map under the “Stock” module as shown below.
  1. Stock Transactions

To View all the details of stock account transactions for a specific liquid product at a terminal, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the stock position list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Stock Position List”.

Step 2: Click on “Account Number” to view all the transactions for a specific product for a specific terminal, as shown below. Account No. mapped for product stock added from iFluid Inventory System.

Step 3: The following details of transactions for a product at a terminal will be displayed as mentioned and shown below:

  1. Stock Debit/Credit
  2. Quantity
  3. WAC
  4. Closing Quantity
