Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the databases and process data accurately. 
2. Databases:  The stock allocation requests depend on the accurate data of several databases like supplier, terminal, product etc.

Stock Allocation Request List

To View the list of all the Stock Allocation Requests to a terminal, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the terminal details, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Terminal Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Stock Allocation Request” to view the list of all the stock allocation requests of the terminal, as shown below.

To View the details of a stock allocation request, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Stock Allocation Request List list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Stock Allocation Request List”.

Step 2: Click on “Reference” to view all the details of the Stock Allocation Request, as shown below.

Actions on Stock Allocation Request

To perform actions on stock allocation requests, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Stock Allocation Request List list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Stock Allocation Request List”.

Step 2: Click on “Actions” to view all the different actions that can be performed on the Stock Allocation Request, as shown below.

Step 3: Select an option from the dropdown as shown below.

Note:

1. Confirm/Decline option will be displayed if the status of the stock allocation request is “Pending”.
2. Assign LT(s), Close Request options will be displayed if the status of the stock allocation request is “Approved”
