Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to add new truck park registers. This module will allow users to Admin will be able to manage the truck parks by editing/update their details.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save the truck park records in DB.
2. Truck Park: Users must have added truck parks into the system. To register a truck park, the user assigns a truck park from the added truck parks in the DB.
3. Truck Reg. No.: Users must have added trucks into the system. To register truck park, the user assigns a truck from the added truck registration number.
4. Driver: Users must have added drivers into the system. To register truck park, the user selects a driver from the added drivers already in the DB.

Truck Park Register List

All truck parks will be displayed on the truck park register list screen.

There are two ways to view the “Truck park register” list with the information of truck reg no, driver name, truck park name, entry time, exit time, status, added by, date added and so on as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Truck park register” under the “Logistics” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Truck park register” from the site map under the “Logistics” module as shown below.

Add New Trucks Park Register

To add new truck parks, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Truck park register list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park Register List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Truck Parks Register Form” as described and click on “Save” to save the truck park register as shown below.

Truck Park Register Details

To view the details of truck park register, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Truck park register list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park Register List”.

Step 2: Click on “Truck Reg No” to view all the details of the trucks, as shown below.

Step 2: Click on “Driver Name” to view all the details of the drivers, as shown below.

Actions On Truck Park Register

To perform actions on truck park register, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Truck park register list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Truck Park Register List”.

Step 2: Click on “Actions” to view all the different actions that can be performed on the Truck park Register, as shown below.
