Introduction/Purpose

The Loading Tickets Processing module plays a crucial role in optimizing the management of hydrocarbon loading operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the supply chain. It helps oil and gas companies effectively change the status of loading tickets, edit loading tickets, add truck safety information, modify PPMC ticket info, track their products from the point of loading to their final destination or terminal.

Dependencies

  1. System Performance: System should respond properly to provide all the accurate loading tickets details from multiple DB.
  2. Databases:  The loading tickets depend on the data of several databases like Transporter, Truck, Driver, Terminal, Destination, Final Destination etc.
  3. Change Status: The current status and changes of status determine the data availability of the loading tickets.
  4. Proper Data Management: Proper data indexing and retrieval mechanisms are responsible to ensure efficient loading ticket data as well as the data accuracy of waybill and loading ticket document.
  5. Delivery Confirmation Attachments & Customer Feedback : The fulfilment of the loading tickets also depend on the delivery confirmation attachments & customer feedback.

Loading Tickets List

All the loading tickets and basic details will be displayed on the loading tickets list screen.

There are two ways to view the “Loading Tickets” list, as mentioned below.

  1. Click on the “Loading Tickets” under the “Loading Tickets” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.

Step 2: Mouse Over on “Loading Tickets”.

Step 3:  Click on “Loading Tickets”.

  1. Click on the “Loading Tickets” from the site map under the “Loading Tickets” module as shown below.
  1. Multiple View Options On Loading Ticket List

To change the view option of the loading ticket list , follow the mentioned steps.

Step 1: To open the list of loading tickets, follow the steps for section “Loading Tickets List”.

Step 2: To change the view of the loading ticket list, click on “Change View” as shown below.

Step 3: Change the  view option by clicking any of the available options as shown below.

Loading Ticket Details

To View the details of a loading ticket, follow below steps.

Step 1: To open the list of loading tickets, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Loading Tickets List”.

Step 2: Click on the “LT ID No.” in the loading ticket list to view the details of loading ticket, as shown below.

Step 3: Scroll down to view all other loading ticket related information,  mentioned below.

Overall Details

In this section all the basic details related to the LT will be available as mentioned below.

  • Order Identification
  • Order Type
  • LT Type
  • Status
  • Product
  • Contact Name
  • Company
  • Loading Date
  • Expiry Date
  • Programmed Quantity 
  • Destination
  • Terminal Name
  • Delivery Type

User can modify PPMC ticket info by clicking the “Modify PPMC Ticket Info”. Referred section “Modify PPMC Ticket Info”

Timeline

All the activity related date-time information will be available as mentioned below.

  • Order Date
  • Program Date
  • Check In Date
  • TSI Check Date
  • Loading Date
  • Waybill Date
  • Expected Delivery Date
  • Delivery Date

Truck & Transporter Details

To view the details of the truck and the transporter, click on “Truck Reg. No.” and “Transporter” as shown below.

Compartment Segregation

Users will be able to view the following details of the compartment segregation.

  • Compartment Number
  • Scheduled Quantity
  • Loaded Quantity
  • Seal No

Truck Images

Users will be able to view truck images added at the time of loading.

Driver Details

Users will be able to view the following basic details of the truck driver assigned for the delivery. 

  • Name
  • Phone 
  • Date of Birth
  • License No 
  • License Expiry Date
  • License Document

To view more driver details click on the “Name” in the driver details section.

TSI Images

Users will be able to view added TSI images. To view the answers of TSI related questions, click on the “Reference” as shown below.

LT Documents

The following LT related documents will be available in the section LT Documents.

  • PPMC LT Doc 
  • PPMC Waybill Doc 
  • PPMC Allocation Request 
  • LT Extra Document 

To upload modified documents click on “Modify LT Document”, as shown below. Referred Section “Modify LT Document”

Delivery Confirmation Attachments & Customer Feedback

In this section users will be able to view customer feedback and delivery confirmation attachments.

Sync Actions 

To synchronize actions follow the below steps:

Step 1: To open the loading ticket details page, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Loading Tickets Details”.

Step 2: Click on “Sync Actions ”, as shown below.

Step 3:  User can perform the following operations as mentioned below:

  1. Regenerate Freight Voucher
  2. Sync Order LT To Fluid Inventory
  3. Sync To Transporter

Modify PPMC Ticket Info

Users can modify PPMC ticket info by clicking on the “Modify PPMC Ticket Info”, as discussed below. 

Step 1: Click on the “Modify PPMC Ticket Info” option, as shown below.

Step 2: Enter required information and click on “Submit” to save.

Modify LT Documents

Users can modify LT documents by clicking on the “Modify LT Documents” option, as discussed below.

Step 1: Click on the “Modify LT Documents” option, as shown below.

Step 2: Upload the following updated documents. Click on “Submit” to save.

  3. PPMC Allocation Request
