Introduction/Purpose

The module Loading Suspension under in the system is a crucial component designed to manage and control the suspension of loading operations at terminals or loading points. It provides an integrated platform to suspend the loading process temporarily for specific reasons and ensures compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and other operational considerations.The primary purpose of the module is to enhance safety, prevent accidents, and mitigate risks associated with loading operations.

Dependencies

1. Terminal Module: The Loading Suspension functionality depends on the terminal module to identify and select the specific terminals where the loading operations need to be suspended. The system should have access to terminal details and loading statuses to implement the suspension effectively.
2. Inventory: Dependencies on the inventory are crucial to determining the current stock levels at the affected terminals. This information helps in making informed decisions about loading suspension to avoid stockouts or overloading.

List Of Loading Suspension

There are two ways to open or view all the suspended loading of terminals, as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Loading Suspension” under the “Configuration” module as shown below.

2. Click on the “Loading Suspension” from the site map under the “Configuration” module as shown below.

Loading Suspension Details

To view loading suspension details, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the loading suspension list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “List Of Loading Suspension”.

Step 2: To View the details, click on the “Reference Code” of loading suspension from the List Of Loading Suspension, as shown below.

5. Add New Loading Suspension

To add a new loading suspension, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the loading suspension list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “List Of Loading Suspension”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Loading Suspension Form”, as described and shown below.

1. Company
2. Terminal
3. Product
4. Start Date
5. Suspension Alert
6. Notify Customer
7. Notify Internal Staff

Step 4: Click on “Save” to save the new TSI Question.
