Introduction/Purpose

The primary purpose of the “Stock Conversion Process” module is to ensure optimal utilization of available resources while meeting market demands and regulatory requirements. This module plays a key role in streamlining the stock conversion process from one hydrocarbon product to another, enabling the management of different hydrocarbon stocks effectively. It empowers the industry to optimize operations, reduce costs, meet market demands, and comply with regulations.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to retrieve data from the databases, process data accurately and save data properly to the databases. 
2. Databases: Fuel conversion process depends on the accurate data of several databases like company, fuel conversion master, product stock etc.
3. Terminal: Users must have added terminals into the system. To create a conversion of fuel, user assigns a terminal from the added terminals in the DB.

Fuel Conversion Process List

All the fuel conversion processes will be displayed on the fuel conversion process list screen.

There are two ways to view the “Fuel Conversion Process” list with the information of process master code, from product, to product, terminal name, quantity of conversion as mentioned below.

1. Click on the “Fuel Conversion Process” under the “Stock” module under the Hamburger menu as shown below.

Step 1: Click on the “Hamburger” menu.

Step 2: Mouse Over on “Stock”.

Step 3:  Click on “Fuel Conversion Process”.

2. Click on the “Fuel Conversion Process” from the site map under the “Stock” module as shown below.

4. Add  A Fuel Conversion Process

To add a fuel conversion process, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the fuel conversion process list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Conversion Process List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Fuel Conversion Process Form” as described and shown below.

1. Supplier Company – Search and select a supplier company .
2. Fuel Conversion Master – It will come from the fuel conversion master of the company.
3. Terminal – Select a company terminal.
4. Quantity – Enter the quantity of conversion. 

Step 4: Click on “Save” to save the fuel conversion process, as shown below.

5. Fuel Conversion Details

To view the details of a fuel conversion, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the fuel conversion process list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Conversion Process List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Process Code” as shown below.

6. Fuel Conversion Master Details Of A Fuel Conversion Process 

To view the details of fuel conversion master of a fuel conversion process, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the fuel conversion process details screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Fuel Conversion Details”.
Step 2: Click on the “Fuel Conversion Master Code” in the fuel conversion process details screen, as shown below.
