Introduction/Purpose

For commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, the “Delivery Contact” module of this system acts as a critical interface to streamline and optimize the delivery process of hydrocarbons. This module is designed to facilitate efficient communication and coordination between the hydrocarbons suppliers and their C&I clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Dependencies

1. System Performance: System should respond properly to save the delivery contact details in DB.
2. Sites: Users must have added sites into the system. To add a delivery contact, the user assigns a site from the added sites.

Delivery Contacts List

All the delivery contacts will be displayed on the delivery contacts list screen.

There are two ways to view the “ Delivery Contacts” list with the information of contact name, email, phone number, alternate phone number, site name, status and so on as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Delivery Contacts” under the “Logistics” module on mouse hover.

• Click on the “Delivery Contacts” from the site map under the “Logistics” module as shown below.

Add New Delivery Contacts

To add delivery contacts, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Delivery contacts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Contacts List”.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Delivery Contacts Form” and click on “Save” to save the delivery contacts, as shown below.

Delivery Contacts Details

To view the details of delivery contacts, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the Delivery contacts list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Delivery Contacts List”.

Step 2: Click on “Contact Name” to view all the details of the delivery contacts, as shown below.
