Tank Reconciliation

Introduction/Purpose

Tank Reconciliation module ensures precise tracking of fuel inventory, reconciling recorded tank levels with actual quantities to minimize discrepancies and optimize control over fuel supplies within the Smart Station system. Its purpose is to streamline inventory management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating informed decision-making regarding fuel distribution and replenishment.

How to Navigate:

The navigation to record the tank reconciliation module in smart station are as follows

  • Click on the menu and finance tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the tank reconciliation section. After clicking on this, user can navigate to the location tank reconciliation listing page.

Listing:

The tank reconciliation module allows users to add and view tank reconciliation records in the system. The key feature of tank reconciliation module listing are as follows:

  • Advance Search
    This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like
    • Equal
    • Not Equal
    • Begins 
    • Does Not Begin with
    • Ends With
    • Does Not End with
    • Contains 
    • Does Not Contain
  • Show all listing records:-
    This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page.
  • Hide/Show Columns
    This option allows users to customize columns by adding/removing columns to display from the Listing page.
    • In this option user have to select column which they want to view in the list , if the user uncheck/unselect all column then system will give error message that “Please check at least one column”
    • The user can view following action in this section
      • Ok :- On clicking the “Ok” button, the user can submit the checked option, and based on the selection, the column will display to the user in the list.
      • Cancel :- On clicking this button the user can cancel the check column.
  • Record Filter
    Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns.
  • Change View
    The change view option allows users view tank reconciliation list as below:
    • Table View
    • List View

Recording and Updates:

The user can add tank reconciliation record by clicking on the “Add Tank Reconciliation” button and by entering the below fields:

  • Location Name: This field indicates the location where the tank reconciliation is taking place.
  • Product: The user selects the product for which the tank reconciliation is being performed. 
  • Attachments: Users can attach files related to the tank reconciliation process. 
  • Remarks: This field allows for any additional comments or notes regarding the tank reconciliation.

This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.

  • Submit : Allows the user to submit the record of tank reconciliation.
  • Discard: Allows the user to discard the record of tank reconciliation.
