Introduction/Purpose

The Tank Delivery Log is a system for tracking fuel deliveries, recording key details like product, volume, and cost. Its purpose is to streamline inventory management, ensuring transparency and quick access to essential information for better decision-making.

How to Navigate:

The navigation to tank delivery log module in smart station are as follows:

• Click on the Menu and Stock Reserve tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the Tank Delivery section. After clicking on this, the user can navigate to the tank delivery log listing page.

Listing:

The Tank delivery log module allows users to view logs of the fuel deliveries in the system. The key feature of location tank delivery log module listing are as follows:

• Advance Search
  This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like
  • Equal
  • Not Equal
  • Begins 
  • Does Not Begin with
  • Ends With
  • Does Not End with
  • Contains 
  • Does Not Contain
• Show all listing records
  This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page.
• Export Data
  Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
• Change View
  List View the change view option allows users view generator list as below:
