Pumps
Introduction/Purpose
Pumps in smart station solutions are essential for efficient fluid management, including fuel dispensing, water distribution, and environmental monitoring. Equipped with smart technologies, these pumps ensure accurate delivery, minimize waste, and contribute to operational safety. They play a crucial role in maintaining station functionality, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring environmental compliance.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to record the Pumps module in smart station are as follows
- Click on the Setup tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the Pumps section. After clicking on this, user can navigate to the Pumps listing page.
Listing:
The Pumps module allows users to add and view pumps and their recording in the system. The key feature of pumps module listing are as follows:
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Show all listing records
This option allows the user to clear all filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting. - Show live loading
This option allows user to the live loading of fuel in the pumps as shown below:
The user can also view the individual tank recording on clicking “view more” button as shown above
- Record Filter
Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns. - Change View
The change view option allows users view pumps list as below:- Table View

Recording and Updates:
The user can add a new pump record by clicking on the add new pump button and by entering the below fields.
- Location Name: This field is by default selected for the specific locations.
- Sr. No.: This field allows users to enter the serial number of the pump machines.
- Make: This field allows the user to select the name of the company whose pump has to be installed in the pump.
- Model: This field allows the user to select the model number of the machine that has to be installed in the pump.
- Is Automated: This field allows the user to select whether the pump is automated or manual.
- Pump Code: The pump code is autogenerated by the system; this will be the same for the pump located in the specific area.
- Pump nozzles: This field allows the user to add multiple nozzles to the pump by clicking the add new button and entering the below fields.
- Product: Allows the user to select the name of the product.
- Side: Allows the user to select which side we have an install node on, such as side A or side B.
- Nozzle name: allows the user to enter the name of the nozzle.
- Nozzle code: Allows the user to enter the code of the nozzle.
- Status: Allows the user to enter the status of the nozzle, such as functional or non-functional.
- Attachment: This field allows the user to enter the attachment to the pump.
- Installation date: This field allows the user to enter the installation date of the pump.
- Status: This field allows the user to enter the status of the pump, such as functional or non-functional.
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Submit : Allows the user to submit the pump record.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the pump record.
