Pump Transactions

Introduction/Purpose

Pump transactions represent the recorded instances of dispensing fuel at a station, capturing essential details like product type, volume, and financial data. The purpose is twofold: to meticulously track fuel sales for financial accuracy and to analyze operational aspects such as shifts and nozzles, enabling informed decisions for improved efficiency, inventory control, and overall effective management within the fuel station environment.

How to Navigate:

The navigation to pump transaction module in smart station are as follows:

  • Click on the menu and transaction tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the pump transaction section. After clicking on this, the user can navigate to the pump transaction listing page.

Listing:

The pump transaction module allows users to view pump transactions in the system. The key feature of pump transaction module listing are as follows:

  • Advance Search
    This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like
    • Equal
    • Not Equal
    • Begins 
    • Does Not Begin with
    • Ends With
    • Does Not End with
    • Contains 
    • Does Not Contain
  • Show all listing records
    This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page.
  • Export Data
    Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
  • Push Data to Cloud
    By using this feature, users can sync their data to the cloud.
  • Change View
    The change view option allows users view generator list as below:
