Pump Attendant Mapping
Introduction/Purpose
The Product Purchase Order module simplifies and organizes the procurement process. Users can efficiently request goods from vendors by specifying product details, quantities, and delivery information. The system then generates a purchase order, aiding in precise order creation, transparent communication with vendors, and seamless inventory management.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to map the pump attendant to the smart station are as follows:
- Click on the menu and masters tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the pump attendant mapping section. After clicking on this, the user can navigate to the pump attendant mapping listing page.
Listing:
The pump attendant mapping module allows users to add and view mapping of the pump attendant in the system. The key feature of pump attendant mapping module listing are as follows:
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Show all listing records
This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Hide/Show Columns
This option allows users to customize columns by adding/removing columns to display from the Listing page.- In this option user have to select column which they want to view in the list , if the user uncheck/unselect all column then system will give error message that “Please check at least one column”
- The user can view following action in this section
- Ok :-On clicking the “Ok” button, the user can submit the checked option, and based on the selection, the column will display to the user in the list.
- Cancel :- On clicking this button the user can cancel the check column.
- Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting. - Record Filter
Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns. - Change View
The change view option allows users view pump attendant mapping list as below:- Table View
- List View
Recording and Updates:
The user can add a new pump attendant mapping by clicking on the “Add Pump Attendant Mapping” button and by entering the below fields:
- Pump: Identifies the specific pump within the fuel station.
- Nozzle: Refers to the unique identifier assigned to the nozzle attached to the pump.
- Attendant: Designates the staff member responsible for overseeing operations at the pump.
- Status: Indicates the current operational condition such as active or inactive.
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Save: Allows the user to submit the mapping of pump attendant with nozzles.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the mapping of pump attendant with nozzles.
