Product Selling Price
Introduction/Purpose
The Product Selling Price module empowers Smart Station administrators to dynamically adjust product prices in response to market fluctuations, competition, and profitability goals. By enabling real-time price management, this module enhances the station’s competitiveness and revenue generation capabilities, fostering sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to record the product selling price master module in smart station are as follows
- Click on the menu and finance tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the product selling price section. After clicking on this, user can navigate to the product selling price listing page.
Listing:
The product selling price module allows users to add products selling prices in the system. The key feature of product selling price module listing are as follows:
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Show all listing records:-
This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Hide/Show Columns
This option allows users to customize columns by adding/removing columns to display from the Listing page.- In this option user have to select column which they want to view in the list , if the user uncheck/unselect all column then system will give error message that “Please check at least one column”
- The user can view following action in this section
- Ok :- On clicking the “Ok” button, the user can submit the checked option, and based on the selection, the column will display to the user in the list.
- Cancel :- On clicking this button the user can cancel the check column.
- Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting. - Circulate Message:
User can circulate the price change message to all the users at ones.
Recording and Updates:
The user can map the product selling prices by clicking on the “Add Product Selling Price” button and by entering the below fields:
- Company Name: Name of the company for which the product selling price is mapping. (Default)
- Location Name: Name of the location from which the product selling price is mapping. (Default)
- Product: This field requires the name or identifier of the product being sold.
- Product Selling Price: Input the selling price of the product in their location currency.
- Price Applicable From Date: Specify the date from which the selling price of the product becomes applicable.
- Attachments: If there are any documents or files related to the product selling, such as price lists, product specifications, or contracts.
- Remarks: This field allows for any additional comments or notes regarding the product selling.
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Submit : Allows the user to submit the mapping of product selling prices.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the mapping of product selling prices.
