Maintenance Activities
Introduction/Purpose
The Maintenance Activities module focuses on the upkeep and maintenance tasks required for each location’s facilities and equipment. Its purpose is to schedule, track, and manage maintenance activities such as repairs, inspections, and servicing to ensure that facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to maintenance activities in smart station are as follows:
- Click on the menu and location management tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the maintenance activities section. After clicking on this, the user can navigate to the maintenance activities listing page.
Listing:
The maintenance activities module allows users to add and view the maintenance activities in the system. The key feature of maintenance activities module listing are as follows:
- Show all listing records
This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Record Filter
Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on the visible column. - Change View
The change view option allows users view maintenance activities list as below:- Table View
- List View
Recording and Updates:
The user can add a maintenance activities details by clicking on the “Add Maintenance Activity” button and by entering the below fields:
- Activity Type: Specifies the type or nature of the maintenance activity being recorded
- Vendor: Identifies the service provider or vendor responsible for performing the maintenance activity.
- Performed Date: Records the date on which the maintenance activity was performed.
- Next Recommended Date: Indicates the date when the next maintenance activity is recommended or scheduled to occur, based on maintenance guidelines or schedules.
- Attachments*: Allows for the inclusion of supplementary documents or files related to the maintenance activity, such as service reports or maintenance checklists.
- Remarks: Provides additional notes or comments relevant to the maintenance activity.
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Save : Allows the user to record the maintenance activity in the system.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the record of maintenance activity in the system.
