Daily Device Collection
Introduction/Purpose
Daily Device Collection Module module plays a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing data from diverse station devices, including fuel pumps and payment terminals, to monitor performance and optimize operational efficiency within the Smart Station system. Its purpose is to facilitate proactive maintenance, detect anomalies, and drive data-driven decision-making to enhance overall station productivity and customer experience.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to Daily device collection module in smart station are as follows:
- Click on the menu and finance tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the Daily device collection section. After clicking on this, user can navigate to the Daily device collection listing page.
Listing:
The Daily device collection module allows users to auto add/ manual add and view the device collections details in the system. The key feature of daily device collection module listing are as follows:
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Show all listing records:-
This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Hide/Show Columns
This option allows users to customize columns by adding/removing columns to display from the Listing page.- In this option user have to select column which they want to view in the list , if the user uncheck/unselect all column then system will give error message that “Please check at least one column”
- The user can view following action in this section
- Ok :- On clicking the “Ok” button, the user can submit the checked option, and based on the selection, the column will display to the user in the list.
- Cancel :- On clicking this button the user can cancel the check column.
- Record Filter
Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns. - Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting. - Change View
The change view option allows users view list as mentioned below:- Table View
- List View
Recording and Updates:
The user can add a daily device collection record by clicking on the “Add Daily Device Collection” button and by entering the below fields:
- Location Name: This field refers to the name of the location where the device collection is taking place. (Default)
- Device Name: User selects the name of the device being collected.
- Total Collection: This field is for recording the total collection made from the device(s) on the specified day.
- Collection Date: User select date of the collection.
- Recording Mode: This field indicates the method or mode used to record the collection
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Save : Allows the user to save the record of Daily Device collection in the system.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the record of Daily Device collection in the system.
