Daily Collection Submission
Introduction/Purpose
Designed for efficient financial management, the Daily Collection Submission module facilitates the systematic recording and submission of daily revenue collections from various sources, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales transactions within the Smart Station system. Its purpose is to streamline revenue management processes, support financial analysis, and uphold transparency in financial operations.
How to Navigate:
The navigation to daily collection submission module in smart station are as follows:
- Click on the menu and finance tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the Daily collection submission section. After clicking on this, user can navigate to the Daily collection submission listing page.
Listing:
The Daily collection submission module allows users to add and view daily collection details in the system. The key feature of daily collection submission module listing are as follows:
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- Equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Show all listing records
This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page. - Hide/Show Columns
This option allows users to customize columns by adding/removing columns to display from the Listing page.- In this option user have to select column which they want to view in the list , if the user uncheck/unselect all column then system will give error message that “Please check at least one column”
- The user can view following action in this section
- Ok :- On clicking the “Ok” button, the user can submit the checked option, and based on the selection, the column will display to the user in the list.
- Cancel :- On clicking this button the user can cancel the check column.
- Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
- Change View
The change view option allows users view list as mentioned below:- Table View
- List View
Recording and Updates:
The user can add daily collection submission details by clicking on the “Add Daily Collection Submission” button and by entering the below fields:
- Bank Name: This field requires the name of the bank where the collection is being deposited.
- Bank Account: Select bank account where the collection is being deposited.
- Location Name: Name of the location from which the collection is being submitted. (Default)
- Payment Type: Indicate the type of payment being made.
- Total Amount: Input the total amount being submitted.
- Payment Mode: Specify the mode of payment being used for the submission.
- Payment Ref: This field is for recording any reference number associated with the payment.
- Payment Date: Input the date on which the payment is being made or submitted.
- Remarks: This field allows for any additional comments or notes regarding the submission.
- Attachments: If there are any supporting documents related to the submission, such as receipts, invoices
This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.
- Save: Allows the user to submit the Daily Collection Submission record.
- Discard: Allows the user to discard the Daily Collection Submission record.
