Attendant Shifts

Introduction/Purpose

The Attendant Shifts module systematically records work schedules, durations, and sales types for each attendant. Its purpose is to streamline workforce management, ensure transparency in attendance, and provide valuable insights for optimizing staffing levels and operational efficiency.

How to Navigate:

The navigation to Attendant Shifts module in smart station are as follows:

  • Click on the menu and transaction tab, which is located at the left side of the screen, and then click on the Attendant Shift section. After clicking on this, the user can navigate to the Attendant Shift listing page.

Listing:

The Attendance Shift module allows users to add and view location expense types in the system. The key feature of Attendance Shift module listing are as follows:

  • Advance Search
    This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like
    • Equal
    • Not Equal
    • Begins 
    • Does Not Begin with
    • Ends With
    • Does Not End with
    • Contains 
    • Does Not Contain
  • Show all listing records
    This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page.
  • Export Data
    Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
  • Change View
    This option allows the user to clear all Filters and display all records on the Listing page.
    • Table View
    • List View

Recording and Updates:

The user can add a “Check In” and “Check Out” record by clicking on the “Check In” button and by entering the below fields:

Check In: User can Check In the system by enter the below details:

  • Product Type: Choose the product type from options – Liquid Product, Lubricant Product, Ready Made Product.
  • Cash Balance: Enter the cash balance.
  • Attachments: Upload any relevant files or documents.
  • Remarks/Notes: Add any additional comments or notes regarding the attendance shift.

This option allows the user to perform the following action in this section.

  • Save : Allows the user to “Check In” their attendance shifts.
  • Discard: Allows the user to discard the Discard their attendance shifts.

Check Out: User select their “Check In” record and click on the “Check Out” and user enter the below mentioned entries:

  • Pump Attendant: USer Checkout for their particular “Check In” Record.
  • In Time: Enter the check-in time (Auto field based on check in).
  • Out Time: Record the check-out time.
  • Opening Cash: Initial cash balance at the start of the shift (Auto field based on check in)
  • Closing Cash: Enter the closing cash balance at the end of the shift.
  • Attachments: Upload any relevant files or documents.
  • Remarks/Notes: Add any additional comments or notes regarding the attendant’s shift.
