Dashboard

Purpose

The dashboard is a centralized interface for real-time monitoring, data analysis, and control within the Smart Assist system. It allows users to visualize system activity through intuitive charts and statistics, enhancing decision-making and performance optimization.

After Login user will be redirected to the dashboard

Dashboard Details

  • Logo & Branding: Displays the Rockeye Smart Assist logo at the top. 
  • Call Console Button: A blue button labeled “Call Console” for launching the live support interface.
  • Language Selector: Dropdown to switch languages (Default: English).
  • User Profile:Displays the logged-in user’s name and profile photo (e.g., Maker Kenya).
  • Menu Icon: Navigation icon at the top right.
  1. Call Counts : Displays the number of calls, email-based calls, and scheduled meetings within a selected period.
  2. User Counts : Indicates the number of registered experts and how many are currently online.
  3. Device Distribution:Charts the types of devices (Android, iOS) used by guests.
  4. Call of Usage (in Min.): Graph showing total duration of calls over time.
  5.  Usage Over Time:Tracks the number of calls placed daily within the selected period.
  6. Top Experts: Lists experts with the highest engagement based on call count and duration.
