Hiring Stage Master
Introduction:
The Hiring Stages Master is used to define and manage the various stages of the recruitment process, such as Source, Primary Call, Round One, Round Two, and so on. These stages represent the sequential steps a candidate goes through from initial sourcing to final selection. Defining these stages ensures a structured and standardized recruitment workflow across the organization.
How to Navigate:
- Click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Navigate Go to Masters > Hiring Stages Master
Listing:
The Hiring Stages Master listing page presents all configured hiring stages in a structured tabular format. Each row displays key details including the Stage Name, Display Name, associated Account and Organization, Sequence, User Access, and metadata such as Added By and Added Date. The Action column allows users to edit or manage individual records. This view enables easy monitoring, modification, and control over the hiring workflow stages.
Add New: Opens a form to create a new hiring stage entry.
Search: Filters the records in the listing based on keywords entered in the search bar.
Export: Allows users to download the list of hiring stages in formats like Excel or CSV.
Delete: Enables the deletion of selected hiring stage records from the master.
Show All: Refreshes the listing to display all records, clearing any filters or search inputs.
Filter: Provides filtering options to narrow down the list based on specific field values.
Search Bar: A quick keyword-based search tool to locate specific hiring stage records.
Recording & Update
The Recording & Update page enables users to create new hiring stage entries or modify existing records to reflect the organization’s evolving recruitment workflow. This feature ensures that all stages are well-defined, accurately sequenced, and tailored to specific roles or processes. Users can enter stage details, access levels, outcomes, and assign relevant configurations for each stage of hiring.
This form helps maintain clarity and standardization across all stages involved in a candidate’s recruitment journey.
- Organization Name: Select the organization to which the hiring stage belongs.
- Name : Enter the internal name of the hiring stage (e.g., Primary Call, Round One).
- Seq: Specify the sequence number to determine the order of this stage in the workflow.
- Description: Optional field to provide additional information or context for the stage.
- Display Name: Friendly name that will appear on interfaces or reports for easy identification.
- User Access: Select who can access this stage: Recruiter, Interviewer, or HR.
- Status: Set the current status of the stage: In Process or Complete.
- Confirm Field: Choose Yes or No to mark if confirmation is required at this stage.
- Call Result: Dropdown with options such as Not Interested, Not Connected, Rejected, In Process, Completed, Reschedule.
- Reason: Select possible reasons associated with call results such as Call Not Connected, Got Better Opportunity, Higher Salary Expectations, etc.
Action
- Save: Submits the form and saves the new or updated hiring stage record.
- Discard: Cancels the operation and clears any unsaved changes made in the form.
