Purpose
The Staff Module is designed to manage and store employee information, providing easy access to essential details such as identification, contact information, department, designation, location, and employment status.

Listing Screen
The Staff Listing Screen provides an overview of all staff members within the organization. It displays key details such as employee names, identification numbers, contact information, company, department, designation, location, joining date, and employment status.
Add Staff
The Add Staff screen allows users to create and maintain staff profiles within the system. This screen captures essential employee details.
- User can create staff by filling the below shown details:
Name (Required):- Capture the first, middle, and last names of the employee.
Email (Required):- Enter the official email address of the staff member.
Staff Name (Required):- Input the display name for the staff.
Phone Number (Required): Provide the contact number of the employee.
Employee Code (Required):-Assign a unique staff code or ID for easy identification.
Employee Type (Required):- Select the type of employment (e.g.,Staff, Trainee, Contract Staff, Consultant)
Designation (Required):- Specify the employee’s role or title within the company.
Department (Required):- Assign the staff to a relevant department.
Location (Required):- Enter the location details including country, state, and city.
Employment Date (Required):- Record the employee’s date of hire.
Employment Status (Required):- Indicate the current status (e.g., active, probation, terminated).
Reporting Senior:- Specify the supervisor or manager to whom the employee reports.
Status (Required):- As active or Inactive
