Production Orders

Purpose:

The Purpose of this module is to  streamline and manage the entire production process, User will be able to view all the requested production orders in this module from there the user can create a batch and proceed further for production to move the item to the inventory.

Navigation Menu:

Production > Manufacturing > Production Orders

Listing Screen:

  • On the listing screen the user will be able to view all the initiated production orders.
  • The user can create multiple batches for one specific order. On clicking on the production code the user can view the order details.
    • Summary:- All the details of the selected order will be visible to the user. 
  • Item Details:- User can view the item details of the selected order with qty and costing. By clicking on each item the user will be able to view the item details.
  • Batch details:- All the batches created for the order with the qty and batch number will be visible to the user from there the user can request materials from inventory.
  • Material Request:- All the requested materials with the qty will be shown to the use.

Change View:

Users will be able to change the view as per their choice.

Add Production Order:

On clicking  on the Add Production Order the user can create a new production order and track production orders, ensuring a smooth workflow from order initiation to completion.

For adding the order user need to fill in the details shown below.

Customer Name (Required):-  Specify the customer for whom the production is being carried out from the dropdown.

Plant (Required):- Select the manufacturing plant where production will take place from the dropdown.

Production Item (Required):- Enter the product that is being manufactured. 

Bill of Material (Required):- Specify the bill of materials (BOM) required for production.

Manufacture Type (Required):- Choose the type of manufacturing process involved. (e.g. Assembled or Disassembled

Production Qty (Required):- Input the total quantity to be produced.

Package Qty (Required):- Enter the quantity that will be packaged.

Item Cost Per Unit (Required):-  Enter the cost per unit of the production item.

Estimated Total Cost:- The system will automatically calculate the total cost based on the entered quantity and unit cost.

Reference Number:- Provide any reference or tracking number for this order.

Production Date (Required):- Select the date when production will occur.

Remarks:- Enter any additional notes or details about the order.

Attachments:- Upload any relevant files or documentation related to the production order.

  • After entering the details according to the BOM the user will be able to view the material details.

Place Order:- On clicking on the Place Order button the user can create an Order.
