Production Batches

Purpose:
The Production Batches module allows users to monitor and manage the details of each production batch in real-time. It provides visibility into key metrics such as production quantities, packaging status, material requests, and the overall progress of each batch. 

Navigation Menu:

Production > Manufacturing > Production Batches

Listing Screen:

All the batches created from Production Orders will be visible to the user in the listing screen with different status of the batches.

From the batches the user can further move the items to the inventory if the batch is completed or can request materials for in progress.
On clicking on the Batch number the user can view below details with the Process flow details of the production order as shown.

  • If the stock is received then the user can start each process and add a consumption log and finish the process.
  • While completing the process the user can view entry and exit items as well the attached instructions.

Item Details:

The user will be able to view the item details with the qty and costing.

Material Request:

All the material requests will be shown to the user.

Production Out-Bound:

The orders that have been out bounded to any warehouse will be shown to the user the transferred qty with the reference code and requested date with the item name.

Batch Cost Report:

All the material cost, Additional Cost, Scrap Material Cost and Summary of the batch will be listed.

Consumption Log:

The Consumption Log tracks and records the materials consumed during each stage of the production process. It provides a detailed account of what raw materials or components were used, their quantities, and the production outputs. 

Timeline:

The Timeline provides a chronological record of each step in the production process, showing when different processes started and completed. It tracks the progress of production stages, time taken for each process, and identifies the user responsible for each action.

Status Log:-

The Status Log provides a chronological record of all key actions and events that occur during the production process. It tracks the progress of the production batch, from the initial request and material requisition through each processing step, until completion. This log ensures full traceability of the production activities, helping to monitor workflow, maintain accountability, and identify bottlenecks or delays.
