Purpose:

The purpose of Plant Stock in the production system is to accurately track and manage inventory levels at each facility, ensuring sufficient materials for production, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Plant stock is synced from the inventory.

Navigation:

Production>Stock Management> Plant Stock

Listing:

The Listing Page details provide an overview of the stock items available at a particular plant, helping to ensure accurate resource allocation for production processes. Below are the details 

• Item Name: Displays the name of the stock item available at the plant, enabling users to quickly identify the materials or products stored.
• Item Code: Provides a unique identifier for each item, facilitating efficient search and reference when managing inventory and production orders.
• Plant Name: Specifies the name of the plant or production facility where the stock is stored, assisting users in tracking item availability across different locations.

Clicking on any particular Plant Stock will open a side drawer clicking on the more details option will display the detail page of the particular Plant Stock.

Clicking on More details will view the detail page of that particular stock

• In Summary page user will view the details of the plant 
• In the Product Companies tab for the particular Item user will view the product details.
• Activities tab will view all the activities related to particular plant stock.

This details are synced from the Inventory 

Set Serial Number:

Users will be able to set the serial number for the particular plant product.The purpose to set Serial Number in plant stock is to uniquely identify each individual item within inventory, enabling precise tracking, traceability, and management of assets throughout their lifecycle

To set serial number user will have to enter below details : 

• Serial Number * 
• Separator*
