Purpose:

The main purpose of the Plant Management module is to provide a comprehensive system for overseeing and coordinating the operations of various manufacturing plants within the organization.

Navigation Menu:

Warehouse > Plant Management > Plant

Listing Screen:

User can view the plant details either synced from inventory & warehouse or from added plant. 

• By clicking on the Name of the plant the user can view the details of the respective plant with the below details:
  • Summary
  • Production Orders
  • Production Batches
  • Material request
  • Production Out-Bound
  • Consumption Log

• If the user wants to edit any details then the user can click on the edit button and can edit the details.
• For syncing the data from inventory the user can click on the Resync from Inventory button to sync the data from Inventory.

Add Plant:

On clicking on the Add Plant Button the user can add by filling the details shown below:

• Plant Name (Required):- Enter the name of the plant for identification and management purposes.
• Plant Code (Required:- Assign a unique code to the plant, which simplifies referencing and tracking within the system.
• Plant Image:- Upload an image of the plant for visual identification or reference.
• Reference Code:- Enter a reference code.
• Location (Required):- Specify the geographical location where the plant is situated. 
• Attachments:- Upload any supporting documents or files related to the plant, such as compliance certificates or operational guidelines.
• Remarks:- Add any additional notes or context about the plant, such as operational constraints or special instructions.
• Status:- Set the current operational status of the plant, indicating whether it is active, inactive.
• Save:- On clicking on the save button the user can save the plant in the system.
