Purpose:

A Material Request is used to ensure the timely supply of materials needed for production or other operational activities in a manufacturing or processing environment. It allows a plant or production team to request raw materials, components, or other supplies from the warehouse to meet the requirements of a production batch or order.

Listing Screen:

The Material Request Listing Screen serves as a centralized interface where users can view, track, and manage all material requests related to production processes. It provides detailed information on material requests, including request status, quantities, plant and warehouse locations, and delivery details.

Add Material Request:

The Material Request Adding Screen is used to initiate a request for raw materials or components needed for production. It allows users to specify the plant and warehouse from which materials will be drawn, link the request to a customer order, and add any necessary remarks or attachments. 

• By filling the below shown details the user can create material request.

Plant (Required):- Select the plant where production will take place from the drop down.

Warehouse (Required):- Choose the warehouse from which the materials will be sourced.

Customer Company (Required):-  Specify the customer for whom the production is being carried out, linking the material request to their order.

Remarks:- Enter any special instructions or notes relevant to the material request.

Attachments:- Upload relevant files, such as supporting documents or specifications for the requested materials.

• After filling the details the user can fill the material name and the order qty.
