Customer

Purpose

The Customer Module is designed to manage and store essential information about the customers associated with the business. It provides a centralized database to view, track, and maintain customer details such as company name, contact information, ownership, and incorporation dates.

Listing Screen

The Customer Listing Screen provides an overview of all the customers in the system, displaying key details like company name, owner information, contact details, incorporation date, and status. It allows users to quickly search, view, and manage customer profiles,

Add Customer

The Add Customer section allows users to input and store information about new customers, including their company details, contact information, and ownership data. 

  • User can add the details by filling the below shown details

Company Details

Company Name (Required):- The official name of the customer’s company.

Company Logo:- Insert company logo.

Company Short Name (Required):-.A brief or alternate name used internally.

Company Code (Required):- A unique identifier or code assigned to the company

Company Email (Required):- The primary contact email address.

Incorporation Date (Required):- The date when the company was officially incorporated.

Reference Code:- Provide any reference code.

Contact Details

Phone Number (Required):- The main phone number for reaching the company.

Alt Phone Number:- A secondary phone contact.

Company Address

Address (Required):- The full address of the company, including country, state, city, and zip code.

Other Information

Remarks:-  Additional notes or comments about the customer.

Status:- The current status of the customer (active, inactive, etc.).

  • On clicking on the next button the user needs to fill in the owner’s information.

First Name (Required):- The owner’s first name

Last Name (Required):-  The owner’s last name.

Email (Required):- The primary email address for contacting the owner.

Profile Image:- An optional field to upload a profile picture of the owner.

Date of Birth:- The owner’s birthdate for record-keeping.

Contact Details

Phone Number (Required):- The main phone number for reaching the owner.

Alt Phone Number:- A secondary phone number for contacting the owner.
