Company Email Setting
Purpose:
The Company Email Setting module is designed to configure and manage the organization’s email communication framework within the production system. It facilitates seamless and efficient email operations by allowing the organization to set up automated notifications, alerts, and reports tailored to its processes. This module ensures that stakeholders receive timely and accurate information, enhancing communication across various organizational functions. By centralizing email configuration, it supports secure authentication, customized sender details, and flexible email management, contributing to streamlined operations and improved transparency. As a backend configuration tool, it plays a pivotal role in ensuring the system’s email capabilities are aligned with business requirements.

Path: Masters > Company > Company Email Setting
Listing:
View a list of all the Company Email that are added by the User. Users will have the option to add and update the Setting . Users will be able to search the Email Setting using the filter option provided on the list.
In listing user will view below details
- Company name
- SMTP User Name
- From Email
- From Name
- Cc Email
- Bcc Email
- Status
User will be able to view details of the the particular Email setting which includes the summary related to the Email setting
Add Email Settings
- From Email*:
- Enter the email address that will appear as the sender for outgoing emails, ensuring recipients recognize the source of communication.
- Bcc Email: Enter an optional email address to receive a blind copy (Bcc) of all outgoing emails.
- Cc Email: Enter an optional email address to receive a carbon copy (Cc) of all outgoing emails.
- From Name*: The display name that will appear as the sender alongside the From Email.
- SMTP User Name*: The username associated with the SMTP server for email authentication.
- SMTP Server Host*:
- Provide the hostname of the SMTP server that will be used for sending emails, enabling the system to connect and dispatch messages.
- SMTP Port*:
- Specify the port number used for SMTP communication
- SMTP Password*:
- Enter the password associated with the SMTP user account for secure authentication during email transmission.
- SMTP Crypto: Select the encryption method for secure communication.
- Send Via SMTP*:
- Indicate whether to use SMTP for sending emails (Yes or No), allowing flexibility in email configuration.
- Status*: Enable or disable the email configuration (Active/Inactive).
Clicking on the save option will save the entered details and this email setting for the company will be displayed in the listing
