Audit Test Method

Purpose

The primary purpose of this section is to enable users to manage and maintain testing methods used within the production or QA processes. It helps standardize and track all critical test procedures used in manufacturing, ensuring traceability and control.

Listing Screen

The user can view a list of all test methods that have been previously configured in the system. The screen allows users to add, update, or archive methods as needed. A filter and search option is provided to help users find specific methods quickly and efficiently. Users can switch between different listing views for better usability.

Add Method

To add a new test method, click on the “Add Method” button available on the Method Master listing screen. This will navigate the user to a form where the necessary method details must be entered.

To add the Methods the user should fill the below details:

Method Name (Required):
This field is used to specify the full name of the test method.

Code (Required):
Enter the unique code for the method. This code will be used internally across the system and should follow the naming convention in uppercase with underscores.

Status (Required):
Select the current status of the method. This defines whether the method is actively used or not.
Options available:

  • Active: Method will be available for operational usage.
  • Inactive: Method will be archived and hidden from production screens but retained for reference.
