Accounting Group
Purpose:
Accounting Group Master is a feature or functionality that allows organizations to define accounting General Ledgers Groups within the system. An accounting group is a categorization or classification of financial transactions based on specific criteria, such as cost of sale, purchase, inventory adjustment, default cost and profit, tax group, and other relevant factors.
This data is synced from inventory and warehouse. The main purpose of this module is to enable the user to view and manage the items on the system.
Navigation Path:
Master > Item Management > Accounting Group
Listing:
View the listing screen of Accounting Group synced from inventory and warehouse. If the user wants to resync the data then the user can click on the resync from the inventory button.
User will be able to view the Accounting Group details which includes the Summary and Notes of the Accounting Group.
- In Summary user will view all the details related to that particular Accounting group
- In Notes user will view notes created for that Accounting Group
