Setting
Introduction
The Settings module in the Procurement Mobile App allows users to customize their preferences for language, feature accessibility, and module visibility. Users can enable or disable specific procurement functions according to their needs, ensuring a clean and tailored interface.
How To Navigate
- From the main menu, tap Settings.
- The page will display Preferences and module-specific toggles.
Settings Screen
- Set App Language
- Choose from available app languages: English, French, Spanish, Indonesian, or Malay.
- Tap the circle next to your preferred language to select it.
- The checkmark will indicate your active language.
- Enable/Disable Features
- The screen lists different procurement modules under relevant categories:
- Requisition
- Quotation / Proposal
- Purchase Order
- Price Survey
- Toggle the switch ON to enable the module, or OFF to hide/disable it.

Preferences – App Languages Allows selection of the application language from available options.
Requisition – Purchase Requisition Enable/disable access to create and manage purchase requisitions.
Requisition – Service Completion Enable/disable access to record service completion details.
Quotation / Proposal – Request For Proposal Turn on/off the ability to initiate RFP processes.
Quotation / Proposal – Request For Quotation Enable/disable initiating RFQs to vendors.
Quotation / Proposal – Proposal Response Toggle to allow submission or review of proposal feedback.
Quotation / Proposal – Quotation Response Enable/disable managing received quotations.
Purchase Order – Purchase Order Show/hide the standard Purchase Order module.
Purchase Order – Purchase Order Service Enable/disable the service-related purchase order section.
Purchase Order – Delivery Planning Turn on/off delivery scheduling and tracking.
Price Survey – Item Price Survey Request Enable/disable the ability to request pricing for specific items.
Price Survey – Material Price Survey Response Allows enabling/disabling review of received survey responses.
