The “Order To Invoice Report” in a procurement system provides a comprehensive overview of the entire procurement process, showing the relationship between purchase orders (POs) and their corresponding purchase invoices. The report includes the following details:

  • Purchase Order Code (PO Code): The unique identification code assigned to each purchase order.
  • Purchase Order Date (PO Date): The date when the purchase order was created.
  • Item Name: The name of the item being ordered.
  • PO Quantity (PO Qty): The quantity of the item ordered in the purchase order.
  • Description: Additional information or description related to the item or purchase order.
  • Total Amount: The total value of the purchase order.

For each purchase order, the “Order To Invoice Report” also displays the relevant details of the associated purchase invoice:

  • Purchase Invoice Code: The unique identification code assigned to each purchase invoice.
  • Vendor Code: The unique identification code assigned to the vendor from whom the invoice is generated.
  • Purchase Voucher Quantity (PV Qty): The quantity of the item in the purchase invoice.
  • Total Amount: The total amount of the purchase invoice.

The report helps in comparing the purchase order details with the corresponding invoice details, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the procurement process.

  • Export: Users can export the “Order To Invoice Report” to various file formats such as Excel, CSV, or PDF. This enables them to save the report locally or share it with others.
